Meet Laura

.

I know this feeling from the inside.

I remember lying in the grass as a child, staring up through the branches of a large tree in our yard.

Completely present. Connected. Calm.

But somewhere along the way, I forgot about that tree. Life happened. motherhood, career, unexpected roles - one after another. I was functioning. Showing up. Doing all the right things.

But my spark was gone.

My healing began when I stepped into a women's retreat and experienced yoga and mindfulness in community for the first time. I wasn't just learning techniques. I was remembering who I was beneath all the roles.

That journey back to myself - through nature, breath, and authentic connection - became what I'm meant to share. It's why Revitalize Collective exists.

My passion is this community~ because I know what it feels like to lose the thread back to yourself and have the desire to find the way back.

Not through doing more.
Through opening your heart by coming home to who you already are.

Why I Created the Collective
A Women's Wellness Community

Meet Laura Mindell
Wellness facilitator. Mindfulness guide. Founder.

Revitalize Collective is more than a wellness community — it's a space created by a woman who knows, both professionally and personally, what it means to lose the thread back to herself and find her way home again.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with almost two decades of experience, I've sat with women in their most honest moments — the ones they don't share at dinner parties or post on social media. I've witnessed the quiet grief of lives that shifted into something they didn't quite choose. And I've seen what becomes possible when women finally give themselves permission to slow down.

I created Revitalize Collective because I believe healing doesn't always look like therapy. Sometimes it looks like shoulders dropping in a circle of women. Breath deepening in a sunlit retreat. A creative practice that quietly returns you to yourself.

Every offering over the last decade as the the Collective has manifested— from our women's self care circles and seasonal retreats to our guided programs — is rooted in the belief that the body holds the wisdom, community holds the healing, and every woman carries within her a natural state of well-being waiting to be reclaimed.

Revitalize Collective offers a space where every woman who enters is seen, heard and abundantly cared for.

Beyond my credentials as a Licensed Professional Counselor — I'm someone who knows what it feels like to feel lost and then found again. That knowing is what brings me back to this work every single day.

to make active, healthy and energetic again.
a community connected by shared purpose and values.
Revitalize Collective: space where women return to themselves, reclaim their natural state of well-being, and discover the healing that happens when women gather with intention in community.

About My Background

I'm inspired daily by the women I work with.
Your courage keeps me learning and evolving alongside you.

Life outside Revitalize Collective and my private counseling practice, Revitalize Counseling, looks like being in nature, taking adventures with my husband, cherishing time with our grown children and grandchildren, plant-based cooking, and the quiet mornings that belong to my journal and yoga mat.

I know what it feels like to need permission to slow down.
You won't be asked to hustle your way to wholeness.

If you're here, something in you is ready to remember who you were before the world told you who to be.

Let's hold space for that - together.

With love , appreciation and gratitude,
