There's a particular feeling that arrives in mid-October. You look up and the light has already shifted, the air has turned cooler, and you wonder when that happened. Somewhere between the to-do lists, the obligations, and the quiet weight of holding so much, a whole season slipped by while you were busy getting through it.

If that's you right now, you're not behind. You've simply been carrying a lot.

What I've discovered is that we don't need to slow the season down. We just need a moment to allow it count. So I recorded a three-minute practice for exactly that - honoring your experience.

In it, I invite you to look back over these last few weeks. You won't be reaching for the highlight reel. You'll be looking for one honest moment: something that brought you joy, something that asked a lot of you, or something small that mattered more than you realized. Then you'll hold the season in your open hands, offer it quiet gratitude, and gently let what is complete be complete.

Allowing. Just three minutes. No fixing, no figuring out.

And if something in you is leaning toward more, my free guide, space for you - journaling and audio - Reclaiming Yourself is waiting for you HERE. Give yourself grace and lean into Joy Reclamation moment of the guide.

Be gentle with yourself as you find your thread back.
